Cartridge Development Center
AmberNet’s CDC provides highly productive software engineering facilities that supports Solution Delivery by offering industry-generic, high quality, reusable software “Cartridges” in AmberNet’s Solution Cartridge Catalog. AmberNet’s Cartridges are based on work performed for previous product installations or indigenously developed Cartridges. The services/technologies and interfaces that are available in existing Cartridges can be leveraged in early solution delivery phases to reduce overall solution time-to-market. This source code and documentation can be used as a starting point for solution development and as examples during training and knowledge transfer.
AmberNet can also enhance existing or develop new Cartridges as an outsourcing of CLIENT solution development, applying the same generic, high quality, reusable software engineering principals. Development outsourcing agreements are predicated on successful completion of requirements analysis and solution architectural design to ensure that the most appropriate engineering methodology is selected based on specific requirements and to maximize re-use possibilities associated with a definitive understanding of the specific requirements and architectural design.
AmberNet’s Cartridges rapidly integrate into the PRODUCT solution, permitting configuration and/or extension when required to fit the customer’s specific needs. AmberNet will work with CLIENT to determine the applicability of cataloged Cartridges and the potential to develop new Cartridges.
