      June 11, 2007: AmberNet Expands leadership Team with Two Executive Appointments

      Dave Schriver, Vice President, Consulting Services

      AmberNet is pleased to announce the appointment Dave Schriver as Vice President of Consulting Services, effective June 11, 2007. Dave brings strong leadership to AmberNet with a proven track record in the OSS/BSS Telecom market. Dave is based in our regional office in Texas and will focus on leading our Consulting Services practice on a global basis. Dave brings 20 years of Telecom OSS/BSS experience, with past experience in leading Professional Services and Software Development teams with such industry players as Aliant, Architel, Nortel, MetaSolv, and Oracle.

      Ken Byrd, Vice President, Sales

      AmberNet is pleased to announce the appointment Ken Byrd as Vice President of Sales, effective June 11, 2007. Ken brings strong leadership to AmberNet with a proven track record in the OSS/BSS Telecom market. Ken is based in our headquarters  in Spokane, WA and will focus on leading our Sales efforts in the North American market. Ken brings 20 years of Telecom OSS/BSS experience, with  past experience in leading Sales & Professional Services teams with such industry players as Itron, Architel, Nortel, and MetaSolv.
